We need numerous first team changes including a real 'spine' to the team. We also need a left full back and will in the next 2/3 seasons need a new right back too. Why he plays kolarov is completely beyond me, he is dreadful. Bring on the change, in tactics and personnel. Pity Vieira has gone to New York.
