Any rash tackles would not open the back line up. His superior ball carrying and passing abilities would make him a improved version of de Jong. Add to that his captains role as leader and motivator I believe it could give a boost to the whole teams energy. Bony will be fine - I expect him to score lots of goals as long as he doesn't panic about it - he's a very good striker. 'He cant do this does this wrong and causes Aguero to do this that and the other....' I'm sorry has Bony been at the club all season and I've not realised? I'm from this weird place where I believe you give players a chance but I'm starting to think I'm a bit unique like that. Personally, I think Bony looks like he has a good touch and as pointed out he is clearly strong and is built to be able to hold the ball up So far he has got in some good positions and hopefully once he gets his first goal maybe that will bring him confidence in front of goal in a blue shirt. All he seems capable of doing is holding the ball up, that's it! he can't pass, and his finishing was awful too(I'm certain even dzeko would have come away with a goal or two given the chances he got) he Gets in the way of aguero, and makes aguero drop really deep to try and provide, where he is much less effective.
