Whilst we have Frank he needs to start some games to stay match fit as well as play important cameos so someone has to give way if he does? Merlin is on fire, coming back from an injury and too important to rest altogether. He'll play an hour and be rested when the game is won; James has earned his corn big style so that leaves Naz and Navas, one has to give way, and if Kolarov and Zaba play it probably has to be Navas.
