Nastasic had in mind what he was going to do and did it, although a moment's thought wouldn't have gone amiss (like "Who am I actually heading it to and where is he?"). Joe as an experienced team member should have done far better (like "Things have just gone very bad, so instead of making a totally ineffectual attempt to head it, I'll punch the ball out of the park"). OK, so he'd have been sent off (and yes, Costel would have got his big chance) but hey ho, whatever. Not happy with Garcia, wherever he plays, and Howard Webb's booking was deserved, although it's hard to see how Terry's assassination attempt on Aguero hasn't earned a retrospective red...
