Though It is good to be ambitious , it is counter-productive to be over-ambitious, you should took a step back and look where we were a few years ago and where we are now. Replacing Mancini would not win you Champions league, we have a great team but let's not fool ourselves, it is far cry from a team to win Champions league. Mancini has done great in his tenure so far and we are on course for a good season this year. Not sure why folks are asking him to be replaced. Slow and steady wins the race. Consistency and patience are keys to success. It took Manchester United 5 years to even qualify from Champions group stage.
