Milner was not anywhere near his best but I think Josh's criticism of Lescott unwarranted. Defenders, especially CH's defend in the box a good deal and that kind of handball penalty is one of the hzards. I thought yaya started magnificently and then lost all willingness, which reflected in his quality. Barry was outstanding but i thought milner, who has been excellent recently, was all effort and no quality. Ideally i would have liked dzeko on as soon as we went down to ten as he has been effective recently and the ball has been sticking. It is interested how people view the game.
