Yaya started in an advanced central role with Milner and De Jong behind him - just as we discussed before the game. And didn't that just work out dandy! Actually I thought we were pretty poor up to the first goal but overall way too much class for a very depleted and poor Villareal side. Not sure we can or should take too much from this other than the three points. Yaya's second was sublime however. We're a better team with him in that role. I also think we're going to struggle to play Nasri and Silva in the same XI. Excellent decision (as it turned out) to give Savic 90 minutes bearing in mind Kompany's suspension for QPR.
