The blame is not on manager or players but on convuluted priorities. It will still be an absolute disaster if we can not make top 4, even if we win both FA and Eurpa league. If after half a billion dollar investment on players, you are happy in playing your best team against second rated teams in FA or Europa league at the expense of Primear games esp when you have so many injuries, then it is your prerogative. Unless Mancini fails to see this and start playing more Youth in these second rated competitions and rest the main players, we are not going to make it in top 4. In the last 5 premier games we have only racked 5 points! The blame is not on manager or players but on convuluted priorities. A combination of that little fact, the lack of pretty much any Fulham fans and us playing a team coached by Mr Draw himself saw our title hopes extinguished in a game that almost seemed more like a defeat at the end. But as a club, us fans, the management and those players have got to stand up and prove we want success now and realise and accept that it doesn't neccessarily just come to you, no matter how much money you throw at it. We all need to wake up and conclude that the next three games have so much importance in our season that the rest of it will not seem bearable if we do not all show the fight you need to have if you want to be a winner during matches like these. Firstly, the game in the cup against Villa is a tie we just have to win at the first time of asking, and the players need us fans to get behind them in order for us to do that. So if you were planning on watching the game on tv, I reckon you, like me, should reconsider and get over to the game and get behind your team. We need to show some real support in games like these as, believe it or not, but they do not come around every year, and start to realise just how far we have come in the last 2-3 years instead of moaning about every little f**king thing. We are now currently the third best team in the country on merit and have a real chance of winning the bloody FA Cup with two games at home and two games at Wembley to get through FFS!!! Secondly, the game against Wigan just about shades it in importance in the greater scheme of things, and we as fans have got to get behind the team in that match as well. This too is a game which is on TV but if you really want to support the team get down there and maybe go for a beer afterwards to celebrate. Just think, if we were to win that game we would find ourselves as good as seven points clear in the race for a Champions League place, and even better than that if Chelsea manage just a draw or lose against the Rags tomorrow. Finally, the game against Dynamo Kiev next thursday is really up to the players more than anything, but they'll be more likely to put in a performance over there on the back of two inspiring games at home just before it. I'm just trying to say it is up to us all to try and make this season one to remember, instead of conspiring towards making this another one to forget. Let's all just get behind the team and see what happens. We are at the business end of a good season with everything to play for. Come on City!!!!!!!!!!! We look at the squad and see the best one we've had in decades. We can't understand why it can't be top of the league. I agree that without pace in the premier league you will not win it. Playing 3 strikers with no supply line is a bit silly. Yoyo looked like he wanted to sit at the back of midfield and Balotelli thought I've scored...job done. I've said before not only should he use Guidetti but also Assulin and Roman. What have we bought them for? The world of professional football can so often be tough and uncaring and i am sorry that your tenure at the club did not come to greater fruition. But please would you drop the scarred puppy routine that degrades your and our clubs dignity. Many managers of superior quality have been sacked in harsh circumstances before you, just ask Mourinho, Houghton, Hodgeson or even our own Mancini (after he won the Italian league three times!). And if were being honest Mark, did you not deserve to go after your disasterous run of draws and other dire results? I seem to remember our three nil drubbing at White heart lane as the nadir. So please try to remember this next time you want to give more of your motormouth quotes to the pro United media or the next time you want to elevate another histrionic touchline spat.
